What a great book, I love the format. It is well presented, with wonderful recipes. My husband loved the Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup (page37). I didn't have white wine on hand so substituted a bit more broth. Excellent! Tomorrow I will be trying the Tuscan White Bean Soup. Thanks for easy, delicious recipes.
I’ve tired several of the recipes in Sarah’s cookbook! Love everything I’ve tried so far. I like that the nutritional counts are included. This is my latest I’ve got ready for tonight’s supper. It may not look as great as Sarah’s , but it’ll be tasty I’m sure!

I have been bookmarking and looking up Sarah's recipes ever since signing up for her newsletter a while back--so I am really pleased to have so many of them now very easily accessible in this beautiful book. I've been a vegetarian for 60 years yet I still find new ideas and refreshing takes on old favorites in her recipes. Buying this book is also a way to say thank you for the enormous amount of free content Sarah provides on her website.

This cookbook has been sitting out on the counter for easy reference ever since I got it. The layout is beautiful and well organized, and the recipes are very accessible for cooks of all levels. Everything I have tried so far is delicious. And guests who flip through pages immediately order a copy for themselves :)
I simply open my book point to something to cook that day and good to go. I absolutely love it.
I bought this book after my brother & SIL made the chickpea pot pie recipe and it was divine. We've so far made Marry Me Chickpeas & the Banh Mi and both came out amazing. We're not a vegetarian household but are very easily able to work more plant based meals into our meal rotations with this book without really missing anything. Directions are clear, photos are beautiful, and the spiral bound lay flat design is ideal!
Just decided to have Meatless Mondays at my house (every effort counts). Have been printing off Sarah's recipes from the website, and now have a cross-reference to save me on printing and a physical place to store my printouts (would love the additional of an inside front/back cover pocket...in your next cookbook, OK?). Love ALL her recipes and my family actually looks forward to Mondays now! Thanks for making it easy to go meatless!
