This book is so beautiful and solid, I think it will be one of those cookbooks that stays in the family for generations. I would order again to give this as a gift. I am a vegetarian and have loved every recipe that I've tried in this cookbook so far. My husband, who is a meat eater, gets excited every time I pull out this cookbook because he knows everything we've tried so far has been absolutely amazing and super delicious!! Not to mention, most of the recipes have also been incredibly easy to whip up and take surprisingly less time than anticipated! A++++++

I love these recipes so much, as a vegetarian this book has been incredible in finding flavorful healthy dishes. I do wish there was a dessert section and I do wish the book could be folded in half for those with small kitchens… but as someone who is very choosy over the books they buy this has been a GREAT addition ❤️ I highly recommend this book!!

Phenomenal cookbook! Far exceeded my expectations! When it arrived I opened the package and sat and read through the recipes, every single one looks so good!! I really appreciate the many great ideas for meal prep, overnight oats, and smoothies. I also loved that she included lunch ideas for the next day using leftovers from previous nights meal. So much more than I expected from a cookbook, I love it!

I appreciate the information and recipes. It particularly helped me create a kombucha hotel when my smaller container was overrun by scobies!

I have loved the recipes in this book! I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and have already made at least 10-12 of the recipes. The instructions are easy to follow w/great pictures. I’m a 2-times cancer survivor and eat mainly “clean,” including lots of fruits and vegetables. My pantry is now full of cans of garbanzo beans! Never would have dreamed of all the ways they can be used. I’d always just used them for making hummus. Haven’t made hummus since getting this book—too busy trying out all the other ways they can be used!

Practical, easy vegetarian cooking......wins the day! This cookbook is SOOOOO user friendly, full of great flavor profiles and practical wisdom. Not your usual 'trying to be something different' vegetarian cookbook, but something that I am using EVERY.....Single....DAY. Pure yum.

Beautiful Book! Large print, great photos and most of all the recipes are straight forward and delicious! I made the Bean and Cheese Tacos YUM! I'm looking forward to making some Soupy Things and Marry Me Recipes when the weather cools down a bit>

Just getting into it. Two great recipes so far!

This book is awesome. The recipes are clear, easy to follow, and delicious. I'm not a vegetarian, but I enjoy so many of the dishes and I like mixing in these healthy, clean options. There are also suggestions for turning the recipes vegan and/or gluten free!

I bought it as a gift for my youngest son and his partner who are vegetarian.
They are thrilled with it, and he is already planning meals from it.
It is so well illustrated, and nicely presented. I think she did a great job!

I love cookbooks and you can really tell just how much time was spent on this book. Everything down to the packaging it came in was done with love and you can tell. It’s absolutely stunning and so well thought out. Every recipe has pictures, easy to follow instructions and no weird or exotic ingredients. I love the substitutions listed for gluten free people like myself as well as vegan substitutions and meal prep suggestions. Every single recipe I’ve tried just knocks it out of the park. If you are on the fence about purchasing for any reason, don’t be, you will have zero regrets. This is definitely a book that everyone should own.
